Federal Econmic Stimulus for Tansportation Infrastructure

President Obama signed the American Recovery Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA) into law on Tuesday, February 17, 2009.

The one year obligation clock for Metropolitan Planning Organizations (MPO) began on March 3, 2009. 

On March 26, 2009, the Memphis Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) Transportation Policy Board approved project selections for federal economic stimulus funds.  See the links below to review the projects list and map:
