The public is hereby given notice that the proposed documents to be amended are available for review 8:00 AM until 4:30 PM Monday through Friday in the offices of the Memphis and Shelby County Department of Regional Services located at 1075 Mullins Station Road,  Room 124, Memphis, TN 38134 or for download from the World Wide Web at: www.dpdgov.com.  Copies are also available for public review at the library systems in Memphis and Shelby County, DeSoto County, and Fayette County in English and Spanish.

Written public comments on the amendments will be accepted until March 25, 2009.  Comments may be submitted to Martha Lott, Department of Regional Services, 1075 Mullins Station Road, Room 124, Memphis, TN 38134 or via email at Martha.Lott@shelbycountytn.gov  The Memphis MPO Transportation Policy Board (TPB) will hold a public hearing on Thursday, March 26, 2009, 1:30 PM, at the Central Station Board Room, 545 S. Main, Memphis, Tennessee, 38103 to accept oral comments and take action on the proposed items.
