Memphis MPO TRANSPORTATION PLANS, DATA AND MAPS
The following transportation related information, including plans, data and maps, is managed by the Department of Regional Services.  Although not all inclusive of available information, Regional Services is working to deliver as much information as possible online for the citizens of the City of Memphis and Shelby County.

Adopted 2030 Long Range Transportation Plan (LRTP) and Air Quality Conformity Determination

The LRTP provides goals and proposed strategies to attain them for the future regional transporation system.  It discusses the surface roadway network, congestion management, public transit, freight and logistics, community design, as well as saftey and security issues.  The Conformity Report predicts air quality impacts from implementing the 2030 LRTP and assures these levels remain below established emission budget for mobile sources.  Below is the direct link to Memphis Mobility where the Memphis MPO 2030 LRTP & the Air Quality Conformity Report may be viewed.
